For just £25 per month, our team will provide up to two hours worth of site updates each and every month, ensuring your site is kept up to date and relevant for your members (plus freeing up even more of your time!).

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get set up?
This depends on how long it takes for you to provide us with the content. We've got some sites live within two weeks whereas others take much longer. We typically aim for a six week turnaround but it usually depends on how quick you want the site ready.
Is training & support included?
Once you're set up, we will provide you with admin access and access to Webinar based user training. Ongoing support provided as standard.
Do the fees include VAT?
Yes. All fees include any Tax payable.
We already have a domain, can we continue to use it?
Yes you can - no problem at all. All you need is access to your existing domain management account and we can switch it over.
We do not have a domain, can you help us get one?
Yes we can. We will work with you to source, purchase & manage the domain.
How do we provide you with the content for the website?
Once you have chosen to go ahead with your new website, we will provide you with access to a content system. This allows you to upload all of the content in the right place, in the right format and in you own time.
Is there a fixed contract?
No. We do not tie any of our clients into contracts. You can come and go as you please however please note that if you decide you no longer want our website, then please let us know so that we suspend the site before closing it down.
Can we have a website even if we do not use Clubmate software?
No, we only provide websites for existing or new customers of Clubmate software. If you are looking for a website without using Clubmate software, we'd be happy to put you in touch with some alternative providers.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes! We will provide you with admin access so that you can make updates to the website yourself. And if you need some help, just ask and we'll show you how.
How does the content management service work?
We provide a service whereby you can request our team to update your website on your behalf. This service includes adding news posts, updating photos, uploading gallery images, editing pages, adding new pages + more. The standard service includes two hours of content updates per month - this usually includes tasks like 2 x news posts, 1 x new page, match results update + upload gallery images.
